Public certificate verification uses exact-match lookup only. The portal does not reveal whether similar certificate numbers, UINs, IMO numbers, or historical records exist.

All generated QR codes point to secure public verification pages and never expose internal database identifiers.

Verification PDFs are system-generated and valid only when confirmed through the official verification portal.
